This could move the Lakers down in the standings. They already don't care about seeding. Could advantage Mavs who will be a low seed and would like to avoid the Lakers I am sure.

If LeBron and AD are out for at least a month the Mavs have a chance to overtake the Lakers. Only six games behind.
