Phoenix must have a destination in mind for Green. That's all I can think of.

No no, the Heat didn’t include any of that in their offers.
Which means the best offer they could’ve given was Duncan Robinson+Wiggins+and maybe Ware but there were reports that they didn’t want to add him in.

Pretty stingy. I think Riley knows the end is nigh for this core of the Heat and he doesn’t want to blow everything up for a 37 year old.

The Suns do not plan to trade Jalen Green, he is expected to play alongside Devin Booker in the backcourt.

The second-round picks from Houston are the Rockets 2032, Boston's 2030, the #59 this year and 2 second-rounders for 2026

They didn’t like the reroute offers for Green. Brooks on the move?

Dillon Brooks has -13.8 career wins over replacement player.

I genuinely think they keep both. Brooks is a fine bench piece.

Mostly because the offers for those guys must be pretty bad anyways.

I wonder if they figured out a way to trade Beal...somehow.

Not unless he's convinced to relinquish his no-trade clause. He says he loves Phoenix and won't do it.

That rather makes my tail wag.

So, what do all of the other KD pursuers do now?  Miami, Toronto, Minnesota, San Antonio...maybe NY all felt they needed someone.  Do they stand pat?  Pursue someone else?

Book was heavily involved in the coaching search and is going to get a big payday.  Although, I agree.  The sooner they realize they are facing a deadend, the better to move Booker imo.  It sucks.  It is a long, painful road but that is going to happen regardless.    The issue now is Houston owns a few of their future picks and may not be a player any longer for Booker.  I would think any trade for Booker you would want your own first round picks back.    Eventually Booker is going to ask out...the question is when.

Gambo says they are keeping Green and will look to move a Grayson Allen or another backup guard.

Does PHX look for a guard or center with pick # 10. Both pretty big holes. Center probably being the biggest. Just don't think Maluach is there. Not a fan of Queen there either.

The Denver Nuggets and Cleveland Cavaliers were considered wild cards for Kevin Durant, per

“As reported, teams who pursued Kevin Durant and didn’t land him are expected to pivot to Malik Monk and DeMar DeRozan”

Agreed. Maluach looks like he might go between 6 and 8 now.

Queen is flawed, but he might be playable right out of the gate for a Phoenix team.

The tweet reads like MIA turned that deal down, not PHX. They might've preferred it, too.

How down bad would we be around here if Beal ended up in Dallas?

Suns are still over the 2nd apron but can get under it by waving Cody Martin and Micic.
