Wow first game I have watched live and in full. How depressing. Poor shooting, poor free Theo shooting, poor defense and very little juice.

Klay sort of stunk tonight. Just not sure if he is the fit with the lack of guards and big man now. Should probably come off the bench. But we also need to get a point guard with Kyrie out most of next year. Don’t think you can get both,

Ad playing like trash. If he’s not scoring 25 plus got no chance in general. Get down low. He’s out of place on the offense. Also no point guard or creator play making. This team needs to be fixed in offseason

I think Klay is one of our lone guards that is capable of making the right pass at the right time. His offball gravity is one of his greatest assets, which again guys like Dinwiddie/Martin/Hardy/Exum just don't have. 

He's close to an untouchable for me right now, just because his skillset is so sorely needed on this team. Without him, who can actually make a 3 on this team? Everyone is close to a 30% 3pt shooter. Kyrie is the ONLY one who can match Klay, but he's out for at least half a year.

Awful loss. Sometimes first home game back after road trips are rough, but no excuse losing to that team tonight

For sure, he makes defenses honest, but the starting lineup doesn’t work for me.  the good defending teams are going to destroy our guards.  Not sure how you fix it for next year with Kyrie out for most of the year.

Probably "fixed" is not the right word, but yeah, this one of the most unbalanced team i've never seen.

Good to have Gafford back. I already know there is no player hiding who can run an offense. The main question I want to see to end the season is can Davis excel at PF. So far a clearly limited Davis has not been great. Also can Pj be a good small forward.? Both are huge questions. If not, this is close to a full rebuild imo. Too many moving parts to fill.

Just a weird roster. Mostly good players. I know they have a ton of injuries but just weird how they thought getting rid of one of the best passers in the league for talented big man surrounded by iffy shooters and limited guard creation.

Mavs only shot 30 threes tonight. I know you purists don’t want to hear it, but it’s just math. You’re not going to win consistently like that. Boston shot 62 threes tonight. That’s more like it. Brooklyn is a horrible team but they shot 50 plus threes and kept it close enough to steal. The Mavs need to rebuild their team to play modern basketball. There’s not a path to contention with a roster built around a bunch of non shooting bigs.
