He has to accept the offer (which, who are we kidding that he won’t), but yes, after accepting, it is a full roster spot offer.

 Somewhat. It would be a 15-man spot if he accepts the QO, but the QO will only have to be lightly guaranteed.

Haliburton instead of Brunson, Terry and Green...Sold. Sucks that the Knicks like to sabotage themself even more than the Mavs.
