So is this the "Heat Culture" everyone was talking about earlier this season?

Dwight Howard is also available this summer funnily enough.

Lakers have a really tough finishing schedule and the Spurs a little easier.  I think it would be fun if Pop pushes the Lakers out of the 10th spot.

The Pels are tied with them too. They can jump ahead as they've been playing pretty good lately.

Goes to show you things can go sideways in the blink of an eye. Miami was rolling, had a 4 game lead, and had control as the top team in the East. One week later, with some bad losses, and a blowup between J Butler and the coach, they are now tied for 1st with Philly with Boston and Milwaukee a half a game back. Boston is one of the hottest teams in the league with a 29-8 record since January 1st as well as the top-ranked defense. The East race is very intriguing.

GSW @ MEM..... 7pm on NBATV

A Memphis win would pull the Mavs within one loss of the Warriors with 7 games to go for DAL and 6 games to go for GSW.

6’8” 237 lbs. These bodies can’t handle going up against the bigger bodies of the NBA for a full season on high minutes.

Will never happen because DPOY is a reputation award but I think he deserves it. If he is out for the playoffs the Celtics are done.

He has been pretty special this season, for sure. Bigtime blow to their chances.

Huge blow for BOS.

That is huge.  Boston has been killing teams...except for the Mavs.   Williams is going to be hard for them to replace if he is out the rest of the way.    Horford is playing good ball and they picked up Theis at the trade deadline.   But when you look at the East good teams they all have someone who can cause a lot of damage inside.  Williams has been key to their defense.

Boston is still really good but that is a huge loss.

If the Mavs beat the Lakers tomorrow night they will be 1 game back of GSW with 6 games to go for both teams. Mavs won the season series 3-1 against GSW.
