I will be surprised if he doesn't go to Miami.

Not saying it's not gonna happen but Massey isn't very reliable Imo.

Dragic for Thad doesn't work on the trade machine by about 250k. So there has to be something more.

3-team deal:

OKC: THJ
Mavs: Hield
IND: Poku+Favors.

I kind of wonder if OKC will do Westbrook a solid this summer and have a homecoming.

Thad and Poeltl to Tor
KP to SAS
Dragic, White, Achiuwa to Mavs

Yeah, it does make me think there is more to the original SA/TOR deal (there has to be).  You could also add in Sacramento with a defensive forward going there to pair with Sabonis and Holmes coming here.  Would obviously need more from somewhere to match KP.

Team with lots of forwards trades a 1st for two more? That would make sense if they're trading one or more for KP.

This 100% feels like a precursor to something.

Siakam, Trent Jr, OG.

Any one of them I'd be ecstatic for.

Then go to SAC and ask to take Holmes of their hands and we're looking good.

It makes more sense for them than it would for another team, maybe.

1) they play a ton of forwards, and not many bigs. It's kind of their bit, I think.

2) Nurse has literally been running a 7-man rotation for a month. I think ANY player he trusts enough to get onto the court is a help to them right now.

Toronto may not be afraid of KP and may give him the KL load management treatment.

Siakam wants to leave and Toronto needs size, take a chance on KP.

This would be my guess along with the Mavs sending draft compensation and possibly something else to them.

Dallas angling for Gallo is nothing new. It also makes sense in terms of shedding salary.

Gallo expiring could be much easier to move on draft night

I tried to tell everyone a month or two ago. People laughed at me. They want outside shooting, need another 4 (badly) and want to lower their payroll for next year so they can sign DFS/Brunson without going into the tax. If they can get Gallinari at a rental price (without giving up one of their current top 7, basically), they should.

BE PREPARED.
