That botched snap probably broke his heart.  They had a real shot that year.  I'm sure Jerry had a lot to do with it too.  It's a great sports "what if" moment.  What if Romo hadn't muffed it or what if Romo would have been able to scramble in for a score after the successful recovery.  I've always had a soft spot for Tony because I think a lot of the media criticism was unfair.  He's living the best life now though.
