Ya I think Mavs do have the ability to give him like a 10 mil dollar offer or something if they want to make it interesting. Brooklynn I don't think can offer him even tax-payer MLE without triggering a hard cap which wouldn't be good for them. Sixers would probably be very interested in bringing him back. Knicks are good now and might want him back.
Basically every team in the league would probably have use for JJR on a 1 year deal so it just depends on whether or not the teams near his family are in the ballpark money-wise that the Mavs may or may not want to offer.
