Until the Mavericks figure that out we will continue to be a bottom 8 Western Conference Team.

I'm not sure what there is to figure out.  All of our big men have been culpable tonight in giving up offensive rebounds.  I'd probably roll out Johnson at this point as he's the least worst option.
