I'd argue that the TOP level in the East is even deeper than the top level of the West.
In the West, I think it's pretty much the two LA teams and everyone else is at least one level below.
Brooklyn, Boston, Miami and Milwaukee might not be a threat to beat either of those LA teams, but they sure are a threat to each other.

That guy Michael Pina hit us with a drive by the other day, to end his podcast. He just casually mentioned that he didn't think the Mavericks would make the playoffs. I almost drove my car off the road I was so shocked.
