Last season in Dallas his main problem was that he was in truly awful physical shape. Conditioning was piss-poor. In that video he looks skinny like a Pokusevski.
Better organization, better coaching, suitable system, stable family life with different priorities. I think he´ll be the Mavs big surprise next season.
