I am looking forward to the season which I wouldn’t have been able to say before we drafted Flagg. I look forward to watching his development. I am also anxious to see Lively healthy most of the season and see if he can continue to develop into an All Star or semi-All Star caliber center. I’m looking forward to seeing Kyrie back and see how he does after the injury. I still miss Luka tremendously. It was almost impossible for me to watch the team last year without him. Along that same line I have a difficult time cheering for AD. All I can see in AD is a hated Laker and a reminder of the Luka trade and the catastrophically dismal return Nico got in that trade. This season can go multiple ways. If we have injury issues and Kyrie doesn’t come back or doesn’t come back similar to his old self this could be a lottery team. However, if everyone stays relatively healthy and Kyrie is back mid-season, doing Kyrie things this could be a 4-6 seed team that would be a difficult playoff matchup for almost any team to face. Lots of unknowns which will make the season something worth following.
