Apparently Skin was just on radio and him + this other guy sais this according to reddit posters:

-Ben said Rick is the least likeable person on the planet. He would essentially bully him so he started to ignore him. Skin agreed and said Carlisle would basically roam the “strip” looking for someone to be a dick to.

-they said it was incredibly unprofessional for Rick on his way out to make a comment on who we should hire next, but now say they would bet everything Kidd is the next head coach.

-No secret a lot of players didn’t like Carlisle, including Kidd and that they noticed no former teammate from 2015 really trashed rondo, even though they themselves did. Basically alluding to Carlisle being a main problem.

-Carlisle was why we never really landed a big free agent. Smart coach, good coach, most people disliked him.

-they would guess Finley gets promoted to head ops, Kidd coach, and hire someone from Nike or an agent that is good at recruiting to be GM.

None of this is shocking. Really think RC being gone will be a huge plus for DAL moving forward. Again, I appreciate RC as a coach and what he did in DAL, but I think a lot of dysfunction will leave with RC.

I like the idea of Kidd conceptually.  He understands what it is like to play for RC and to be blessed with the same "three moves ahead" vision as Luka.  That might be the perfect transition for Luka.  I just have no idea what Luka thinks of Kidd, if anything.

I think Kidd is one of the smartest basketball guys you will ever meet. He offers way more than just a nice atmosphere.

I am fine with getting this over sooner than later.  Bob head collector wins.  If Luka likes Kidd then I am fine with this.  If Luka doesn't like Bob, then Cuban is stupid.
