Sounds like Mavs have some deals contingent on who is available. 

I'd suspect they really like a certain player and if they are available at a certain range they will trade up. 

Phx at 10 feels like the spot. Curry + 18 and 31 to move up to 10? For who? 
I'd say THJ would make alot of sense too for Phx but they don't have the salaries to match unless you include some young guys. Unless it's in a SNT for like Saric. 

I feel like it's most likely Hayes or one of the SFs they really like.
