Luka Dealt to Lakers: Nico Harrison is a Basketball Terrorist

You keep writing that they must have something else cooking. Who cares?  This is a terrible trade. I would be shocked as a fan of another team but seeing this happen to my fav team is a gut punch like no other.

Most comments online are people feeling sorry for Mavs fans. Between this and Jerry Jones, Dallas sports is really at a low point right now.

You know how much I hated the decision-making of Cuban. LOL. I will check out tomorrow for my own mental health, cause I don´t even have a gear to go to for this. If Cuban was Everest levels, I´d have to dial it up to Neptune, and I had to google which planet is farthest away from earth, now that Pluto is not a planet anymore.

He's so special on offense and fun to watch. Plus he's clutch AF in the playoffs. That stuff can't be taught. This is really just sickening. I don't think I'll get past this one..

This, this, and this.

The only thing I can think of is that ownership told Nico that they didn’t want to pay Luka the supermax and Nico took the bullet for them. Even with that he could have got so much more. Celts might not give up a Tatum. Minny might not give up Ant.  Both those teams would have thought long and hard though. That’s how good Luka is.

And Nico, gun to his head or not, said..no thanks. I will jump at the first offer and take a broken down 32 year old and a distant first.

Solid „F“ by ESPN - Lakers got an „A“ by the way:

And I sincerely say this (regardless of it happening to my former franchise) Silver should have vetoed that trade and opened the trade up for auction with a committee approving the best trade for the Mavs.

On a funny side note, I saw a YT short about the most fucked NBA franchises going forward and in classic fashion they never showed #1. I guess we have our answer now.

You’re not alone brother. The only reason it makes sense to go scorched earth like this is THEY DONT CARE about Dallas fans. Because they will be gunning for a championship this season, maybe next. And then moving the franchise to Las Vegas. This team is a toy for them and they want to bring the toy home. It’s not about not wanting to pay Luka. These people are mobbed up and have 40 billion or something in assets.

He wants to keep his job. And Silver will ok the trade and franchise relocation if they deal him to the Lakers.

Nico will forever be known as the guy who traded Luka for peanuts. He will never be able to live this down. No team would hire him after this. Adelsons probably had dirt on him.

Luka new max is $229 million instead of $345 million.

Mavs sign Kylor Kelley to Mavs trade Luka Doncic.

That escalated way too quickly.

Wait they did not even get the 2031? LOL.

Also how lame is ESPN to not give this a grade of G, H or Z. Rolleyes

Got to say I´m getting used to writing THEY. Bring back the Sonics, I need a new team.

When something so absurd like this happens that even a 10 year old is left shaking his head in puzzlement, all conspiracy theories are valid.  Nothing else makes any sense.

I deserve it for wanting Cuban out of here. Whatever his other faults he has loyalty to the city and to this franchise. He would never have done this deal. So sad today.

LOL. He must be happy. That money savings for the Lakers alone should be worth AD and a 1st.

Yo, to be clear, this organization’s purpose is to anchor a multibillion casino real estate play. New leadership in town. Y’all are watching the wrong sport. This ain’t about basketball anymore.

Shit I forget the Nike angle in my conspiracy theories. He´ll be their new CEO in 18 months.
