Kyrie is more concerned about the length of the contract than dollar amount. He wants the security of a 4 or 5 year deal that would stretch him into his mid to late 30's.

League has been trying to reward loyality with supermax deals and other incentives. Didn´t work. Players take the money and force a trade when they aren´t getting their wishes.
