| F Gump, Yuck. Goran Dragic is not the main target. Obviously, you also get Gary Trent Jr who fits what the Mavs need.
Also, obviously, Dragic's contract is used exactly as salary matching here. |

| I am out on Marcus Smart. Too much money and he has been injury prone and has been in decline. DFS is a better player right now. I would not trade DFS for him. |

| KP needs to get stronger and learn how to post up. He had trouble backing up smaller defenders and taking advantage of size mismatch on the post. I think he needs Dirk to teach him how to post up. |

| JR handling the ball was a negative for the team. It usually resulted in live-ball turnovers and an easy score for the opposing team. The Mavs will not miss JR in the playmaking department. |
