This video gives me two thoughts:

1) I miss Kleber and pre-injury Powell. When they're playing well, this is a different team.

2) I so wish DSJ would've been mature enough to realize how great of an opportunity he had here. It's undeniable that he had something to offer. The Mavs ALMOST unlocked it, but in the end, he wouldn't allow it.

I agree. I still believe DSJ has a place in the league. But I'm more than happy with what he showed here (even all the flaws) because it managed to be enough to be the centerpiece of a Kristaps Porzingis trade.
