I think for Conley you'd need to do like 20/yr for two years. The Jazz may offer him something similar. If they don't resign him they don't really have a way to replace him. You might be able to trade them like J Rich + another piece in a S&T.
That would involve him preferring to play for the Mavs than for the Jazz, which it's hard to see how that would be the case. Aside, of course, from the Utah is a bad city factor.
