I try not to go overboard on being overly critical of Josh Richardson because I know he had it, and I suspect a lot of NBA players are still dealing with long term symptoms. At the same time, his offensive numbers this year aren't really far off from last year (or his career averages really).
His numbers are worse than last year, and last year was significantly worse than his last year in Miami. The thought was his numbers were down last year due to the dysfunctional Philly offense, so the expectation would be for his numbers to be roughly his last year in Miami (and they are way off that). I would not look at career averages for a young player who was getting better every year prior to Philly.
