Yeah, seems like some people get really bad neurological symptoms and it can cross over the blood/brain barrier.

I try not to go overboard on being overly critical of Josh Richardson because I know he had it, and I suspect a lot of NBA players are still dealing with long term symptoms. At the same time, his offensive numbers this year aren't really far off from last year (or his career averages really).
