You know how many players 7´3 and taller have played in the NBA throughout history? 28

You know how many have played more than 1000 career games? ZERO

The Knicks traded him, cause they used these "DATA ANALYTICS", you all love so much. 10 years ago also known as common sense.

That is what determines his trade value, too.

First off, many of those 7'3" players were from an era when TEAMS listed the heights of the players. Anyone really believe that Barkley was 6'6" or Barea was 6'0"? So I doubt if there are more than a dozen true 7'3" or taller players who have ever played

But lets go with your number and lets look at the 1000 game mark. There have only 143 players in the history of the NBA who have played 1000 games. Its a difficult benchmark

Being 7'3" isn't the life threatening curse that many make it out to be. There have been 15 players 7'0" or taller who have played 1000 games plus an additional 15 players who were 6'11".  Kareem was ONE INCH shorter than Porzingis and played 1500+ games

Guess how many players have been 6'0" and played 1000 or more games?

There have only been 2 players under 6' who have played 1000 games. There have only been 15 players TOTAL who are 6'2" or shorter who have played 1000 games and I bet there have been THOUSANDS of them who have played in the NBA

And finally, you CAN'T draw data from a subset as small as 28 players
