If the Mavs are carrying rookies, it is logical to assume they're developing those rookies. Otherwise, they would not have them on the roster. They aren't intentionally depriving themselves of helpful, experienced vets without purpose. There's a reason and a plan.

Nobody is learning sitting on the bench. Nobody is developed here. He has not improved either. What nonsense. How anyone can sit here and still claim rookies are developed is crazy. We just played a U22 Thunder roster, and he´s still too scared to play Terry over shitty Burke, or Bey over shitty Powell, because he believes the other veterans on this team are not good enough to absorb that alleged drop in performance level?
But apparently Carlisle is happy to win 40 games on average for 12 years and getting dumped without a prayer in the 1st round.
Unless you are born ready like a Euro-League MVP or a two time NCAA champion, you are getting f*** all. They were not developed either. You think Pokusevki would have seen a single minute under Carlisle so far? Carlisle would have seen him as a clown. After 18 months he´d be thrown into a trade or released.
