If I remember correctly, Bamba was good in college due to his length, but was considered pretty raw as a draft prospect. I think he spent a lot of time working on shooting skills before the draft. Don't know that he plays much now though or whether he has developed any of those skills.
He certainly fits the "Luka Timeline" though.
