The reason I want a pick and roll man for Luka as the 2nd pillar for this team is that I think you want the 2nd best player on this team to get his stats and impact inflated by Luka "doing his thing." For whatever reason, Luka doing his thing does not inflate KP's stats and impact, so you are left with having to "take turns" which is a horrible outcome for the team IMO.

P.S. I will never understand why in the hell Luka+KP has not been run over and over and over and over until they figure it out. I always thought THAT was going to be the bread and butter of this team and instead it is a weird after thought. Why?

Ding ding ding. We should be dominating teams with the pick and roll and pick and pop combo from them. There’s very little two man game between them when there’s so many ways they could exploit almost every team in the league with it. Why? And why keep them if they both need to get “theirs” yet can’t do it together like every championship pair before them does
