Totally agree.
And that's why I keep bringing up the short camp, major covid issues, etc. Yes, every team is exposed to those issues, but not every team is in the same, fragile, developing spot with their culture. To overcome the hurdles of this, particular season, the team would've needed (will need) better leadership than a normal year, even. Just the perfect storm of getting younger and having everything go wrong, imo.
I think they'll figure these things out. I really do.
