Donnie was getting made fun of and chuckled at by the Mia capologist (who Donnie explained most all of the team GM's call when they have a cap question). Donnie took it and never fired anything back. That showed me where he sits in the pecking order in GM minds. That probably doesn't say much to anyone else, but watching it happen just made me think this guy is not alpha in any way.
