I don't think we need yet another bench player. We need 1-2 more starters.

I agree with this. 

Or...and I am not saying fire coaches...try something(new offense/defense scheme wise?) that proves this core should be unmodified.

Something is wrong on defense. 

No playmakers on offense.  (outside of Luka)

I dont think having Luka, JRich, Brunson/Burke(and Jame Johnson when he plays) as the only guys able to dribble on a roster gets it done.   You need more guys ABLE and WILLING to put the ball on the floor and create on offense.
