On the other side of the ball, Rich looks like the answer for defending point guards. And the big question that remains is who can stop the bully ball that keeps getting us torched by the likes of Chicago and Toronto.
THJ was always destined to take up the mantle of Wes/Barnes. Everyone has been trying to trade him since he got here. I think people were surprised by how good of a locker room guy he is and his stock certainly improved with his performance last season but he's at best a neutral defender, streaky shooter who falters when asked to do too much and carries an overpriced contract.
And speaking of faltering when asked to do too much, that was the main criticism of JRich on the offensive side of the ball with the 76ers. I've been surprised with his ability to create shots with himself at the rim, less pleased with his outside shot selection at times (that will certainly improve) and don't think he adds much as far as creating shots for others.
