Throwing a little more support the Collins + Lavine plan.
Last season players that attempt more than 3+ FGs per game each
from within 5 feet and shot 70+%
and
from the 3pt line shot over 40+%
Kawhi Leonard
Kevin Durant
John Collins
Mikael Bridges
Michael Porter Jr.
Guards on 5+ FG attempts
from within 5 feet and shot over 60+%
and
from the 3pt shot over 40+%
Zach Lavine (yeah that is kind of the list)
So let´s help these challenged guards and drop it to 4+ FG attempts. New list:
Zach Lavine
Steph Curry (is he good, I heard he´s okay)
Put together three of the best shooters and rim attackers in all of basketball at the ages of 22, 23 and 26. You get Collins and Duffy/Lavine on board, then you gut this roster like a fish to make it happen.
That´s what Harrison is supposed to deliver. Not some Donnie Nelson Replica Powder.

Our designs are so bland. They're safe. When they do try to go for out of the box thinking we get monstrosities like those graffiti jerseys (that I hate bought) and the infamous trashbag jerseys.
I dont get how the Mavs design department can be so out of touch. I pray for a rebrand but I'm scared of the results.

Wow... That's so bad.
That being said, we probably don't get Luka in some what if scenario and we are in a completely different spot. I like having a top 3 player in the league and stomaching a decade of frustration will be worth it.
Got to do better moving forward tho.

But now KL has ACL repair surgery and may not be available until the end of next season. So why waste FA frenzy time on someone who is not going to contribute for over a year, at best?
