I think it was a smart move to have conference later. This way I would expect most of the heat regarding past actions is already gone by and also the team should be well prepared for any kind of questions related to this. Thats why I think focus will be on basketball. Unlike you I am not really interested in the past (Donnie, RC, past FA failures) and I am sure any questions related to the past will be answered using same PR prepared answers.
What I am personally interested most are the questions about future. Will there be any hints related to THJ/JB/DFS and others future? Will there be official position on KP? (although I expect it will be something in the lines how KP is most important to this team and crucial building block for the future).

I expect the answer would be "We tried our best but couldn't find a deal worth making. I think this was explained every offseason/TDL" Perhaps a bit more along the lines "times are changing and it is crucial to establish connection with the new generation of players and we believe Nico and Kidd are the best to do it".

I think the answer to this was also already given by the boss himself. Cuban is the one making decisions. The rest are his advisors. So the anwser to your question would be something like. "There is not one man who is pulling all the strings. Roster building is a complex process requiring different skills and the whole team contributes to it. The strategy is build in a close tied circle of experts including GM, Finley (whatever his title is), Dirk, analytics, scouting, coach and the boss. We decide what is best."

I think this is the only question listed where answer would have to be very straightforward. But as in previous question - GM is not the one making final decisions, Cuban is. This was already made clear, imho. That's why the official role of Bob is not really important. He is a person Cuban listens to. He doesn't need an official role to talk to CUban.
