Sure we have the crazies with Odom and Rondo. Issues the Mavs should've seen coming.
But then we have guys like Jason Kidd, Sam Dalembert, Shawn Marion, Delon Wright, Josh Richardson. Anthony Morrow being glued to the bench for some weird reason.
Now Kristaps? Sure we can make an argument that some of these players needed some confrontation. But there are a lot of good players on this list. How many guys can RC run out of town?

Depending on RC's role in team building, a lot of those blunders are even worse. Our Front office just isn't good enough at acquiring talent for this to happen.
