Nope, you were talking you are a team offering 11 mil. Thats why I (as OKC for example) am offering 12 mil and THJ gladly takes. So everything comes down to how much you are willing to pay in the end.

Please give me several examples where this actually happened. It seems a huge pipedream and I don't believe player would take such a risk, no matter what are the circumstances. What if THJ severly injures himself? How will the league look if Mavs offer him 80 mil anyway...
