Clippers went from quite possibly the worst franchise of all time (Minny coming for that title), to a near decade run of championship aspirations.
I think if anything should be changed, it should be do-nothing owners that don't really see an NBA team as anything more than an investment. There should be a performance clause that should light a fire under owners asses. Make a good team or lose it.
Anybody recall Ted Stepien from the early 80s Cavaliers? Talk about running a team into the ground. So bad he even got a rule named after him. Has to be a top 5 candidate for all time worst sports management.
