GSW will not be a contender next year, unless Wiseman is the second coming of Shaq. They will give a fight for 8th place.
As it stands now, Denver and Clippers get worse, OKC fell from a cliff, Houston & Pelicans are most likely worse too.
Phoenix and Portland improved, but not really drastically IMO.
