What about Bertans? Fits the mold as another pf/big who can provide most of what KP can offensively. Wonder what a sign and trade with Washington would look like. I suppose he becomes redundant once KP comes back though. Similar to the Richardson trade, think the Mavs are gonna get someone none of us are thinking about.

I think Bertans could make some sense, but I don't think he's the type of transaction we're dreaming about today. What would he cost? If he's cheap, he fits. But, if he's expensive, is he better than Kleber? Does he bring anything that Kleber isn't already giving you at a VERY team friendly price?

Bertans is one of the top 5 shooters in the NBA.  He's a 6'10" Seth Curry. He doesnt really do much else.  With how much every team wants shooting, he's going to get PAID.
