If that deal was illegal (it was), I'm not sure how trading a draft pick today for a FA later won't also be illegal. But I could still see something being worked out with Gallo.

I posted this in the other thread.  I think there is a fairly easy way to make Gallo work.  You just have to hold the Phily/OKC deal up until after the Gallo S&T is done.  I haven't put it in a spreadsheet yet, but I think there is plenty of room.  The spread between Horford and Green/Ferguson is only $8.2mm.
