...but Hayward has a helluva lot more than one good season as a track record.
The thing is he played for the Celtics in 3 seasons and missed the majority of their postseason. Missed 31 out of 45 playoff games. You could argue that his time with the Celtics was the same as Parsons with the Mavs. Always unavailable when it matters most.
