I’m not in the “do something” club because I like where Dallas if at, if/when healthy, in terms of their depth but acknowledge that they need to get better at the starting positions outside of Luka and KP...that said, there was a lot of movement today that Dallas could not have been a part of (Jrue) but other moves (Covington) that they could’ve beat, so there’s definitely something going on, whether it happens or not remains to be seen

How could they have beaten the Covington deal? They got TWO first round picks!

You want them to trade #18 and a 2025 1st for him? Seems crazy to me, and I'm not even sure it's a better offer.

Whoops, I thought it was a swap next year...got that from the Holiday trade I guess 

Yes, a 2021 first is hard to beat from the sounds of what that class is expected to be like, and it would have been hard to beat that offer.
