I'm not giving up asset for Harris.  Curry, Maxi, 18 + 31 might not have a ton of value

Perhaps we don't understand eachother. I am not suggesting we give our picks for Harris. However, I also see expiring THJ as an equal asset to Curry and Maxi. So, from Mavs point of view, how I see it: paying Curry, Maxi and Powell makes the "Harris 2021 cap hit" just around 8 mil. This means we would have 92 mil of committed salary+2020 picks+Thybulle. Let's assume the MLE would be 1 year. Dump Wright and we are around 90 mil of committed salary, which means 19 million if cap stays the same. This cap space should be more than enough to sign a decent SG.
