Yes, VALUE contracts like the ones Curry, DFS and Kleber are on can be moved any time you want. To clear someone like Harris would require MAJOR assets and just the right (crazy) trade partner.

Exactly...  add to it that if you want Harris, a trade for him could be available after adding the FA.  If you add him first, you're basically done.  Cap management.

Also, I am not sure the Mavs would like Harris as a 3 with GA/KP...  Just sayin' no at this point.  I like harris, and his game.  I don't like him as much as I would adding GA or an elite wing.  If I had those players onboard, and I wanted to add him, its just Mark's money at that point.  Go for it - he doesn't hurt you.  Good guy, doesn't have to have the ball to be effective, rebounds, spaces the floor.  He just isn't a plus defender and is DAMN expensive.
