The standard is always after the draft. There are some players who contractually agreed to an earlier deadline. The league literally has to set a date for each player in this situation. WCS and THJ have standard opt out date contracts. My guess is it will be the 19th.
Hmm ya so THJ isn't going to get traded draft night. Even if he or anybody says they intend to opt-in that isn't going to work for a draft-night trade. That further solidifies the idea that draft night the guy getting traded is Wright + maybe filler (Jackson).
