Another rumor from Hawks guy related to our latest conversations:

Atlanta also been talking to agents like crazy and the player who has gotten interest from Atlanta is Gordon Hayward. 

If that's true, there's your market setter. They have all the cap space in the world. 

"Atlanta offered this. Match it, and I'll stay. Or, sign me to this other, slightly lower amount and trade me to Dallas for whatever you can get in return. Either way, I'm opting out."  This is how it COULD work. Then again, every part of these rumors could be BS.
