We've discussed the idea of both. It's actually possible.
Not saying it would be the last great move and make them a contender, but I think you'd be shocked at how great a healthy Hayward would look here in this system. Would he be healthy? No idea, but I trust the Mavs enough these days not to do something monumentally stupid, so if they pull the trigger on that, I'll be a believer.
