It may be to you. But I think Utah might think it is too light for them. Even if they decide to trade Gobert, they will want to keep contending. Curry and Wright or Kleber and Wright is an extreme step back in this regard for Utah compared to Gobert. Even Curry and Kleber is weak.

That's why Boston gives draft compensation. 

The Jazz are trading Gorbert for less because they don't see a way to keep him. 

We could trade Curry and Maxi for space and picks and sign Hayward outright. So why would we pay the Jazz to give Gorbert to Boston?
