Since you mentioned him, I wonder what his market will be. It makes more sense for Miami to extend Dragic and Crowder than to offfer him a big contract. This means he can either:
- stay in OKC (likely rebuilding),
- sign with one of the "losers" (Atlanta, Detroit, NYK, Charlotte) - doesn't really fit their timeline. Not a great fit in Atlanta that already has Collins/Capella under the rim
- look for SnT
- sign for MLE
Phoenix seems like a very good fit for him and they have two ways to get him. Renounce all free agents (Saric) and team options (Kaminsky) or trade Oubre for cap space.
