DAL OFFSEASON: Trade & FA | Mavs "mostly done...but you never know."

To be fair Wood needed multipe years and teams to get it. Eventually he even found his way onto our SL team in 2017 and still didn´t make enough of an impression. Who knows, maybe Christian Wood does make it here immediately, if he has a long-term contract and is surrounded by the great winning culture of the Mavs.

My problem has always been that the draft is a numbers game. If you put in 100% effort all the time and try to make the best selection at #52 every time, you have a chance to eventually land a talent that far exceeds the average career of the pick.

The Mavs instead make these marketing motivated clown picks and then claim/complain that you can´t find talent in the draft like it justifies their "strategy".
