I am sure the Mavs would like to get whatever the best that they can get, preferably a player that is an upgrade over Wright. If all else fails it's my opinion that would trade Wright for a player on a 1 yr deal that could be a rotation player or someone that simply gets bought out and replaced by a vet min player.
One thought was like Gorgui Dieng for Wright + Jackson. Wright played well for the Grizz and Dieng is a 16 mpg rotation player. He would probably be useful here as an extra big. Mavs might not have to give up a pick in that scenario and they would also free up a roster spot.
