Orlando/Playoff rotation
#1
Who is going to start? How will a shortened playoff rotation look like?

As far as I know Powell, Lee, Brunson and Cauley-Stein won´t be available. Trey Burke joins the team for the rest of the season.
Leaving the Mavs with...

Guards: Doncic, THJ, Wright, Curry, JJB, Cleveland, Reaves, Burke
Wings: DFS, Jackson, MKG
Bigs: KP, Kleber, Marjanovic

Based on the regular season the starting five will most likely include...

Doncic/THJ/DFS/Porzingis

Big question is the one remaining spot. Depending on the matchup Curry or Kleber are the best options.

Bench is an even bigger question. The Mavs don´t have the depth that helped them in the regular season. Normally RC prefers at least a 9-10 man rotation but I am not sure if that´s an option if they want to compete with the best teams in the west. Although we have to consider that the Mavs aren´t the only team with missing players.
Will veterans like JJB and Boban get bigger roles? Will we see a younger player like Jackson or even Reaves/Cleveland break through?

Overall my best guess is something like...

Doncic 36 / JJB 12
THJ 20 / Curry 28
DFS 16/ Wright 20 / THJ 12
Kleber 28 / DFS 20
KP 34 / Boban 14

The Playoff Rotation

STARTERS
Doncic (30+)
Seth (26+)
THJ (30+)
DFS (30+)
KP (30+)

SUPER SUBS
Delon (25)
Maxi (25)

LAST REGULAR
JJax (??)

SPOT DUTY
JJB
Bobi

END OF BENCH
Everyone else

How about this:

Ball Handlers: Luka/Wright/(Seth)/JJB
Wings: THJ/DFS/(Seth)/(Wright)/Jackson
Bigs: KP/Maxi/Bobi

Folks who will barely play: everyone else

Must be the Rona, but I agree with 15th. That´s the likely and logical plan.

As long as nobody gets injured or infected, that´s fine. Otherwise we are pretty quickly into playing Cleveland/Reaves or Luka at center.

Yeah I want to go hard with those top 7 and see what happens.
I wish we had some crazy/toughness mixed in but that's a hard team to beat when Seth, THJ, and KP are raining 3's. If they get hot enough we really can beat any team in a 7 game series. But that's kind of plan A, B, and C which leaves us screwed if they're bricking

I would do something like this:

Luka (36)/ Wright (12)
Curry (30)/ Wright (18)
Hardaway (34)/ DFS (14)
DFS (20)/ Kleber (18)
KP (36)/Kleber (12)

JJB/Boban/Jackson would probably get some minutes (10 in this case) if our guys can't handle the minutes. Conditioning will be key if we want to make noise.

No way Rick completely shuts down JJB's minutes

JJ will be rested until it´s time to freak out LeBron again. Cool
