That’s a weak call on Lively. He has defended well since entering.
EXCELLENT defense for Lively to rotate to Jokic as Irving goes for the steal.

Wonderful game from Irving, so far. He’s hitting shots, but what I’m oppressed with is how much better he is playing point guard then in the last one I watched.

I don't love the hit the team has taken in terms of shooting/spacing, but there's no denying that they are now better suited for these hard-fought games that are played more physically.
Two bad possessions from Hardy in a row. One where he wastes half the clock pounding the ball and then throws Luka a near grenade, and another where his misreads the defense and throws an unfortunate lob.
